What is Double Rainboom?  
Double Rainboom is a Senior film written, directed, & produced by FlamingoRich (Zachary Rich) for his college curriculum – and it is the first-ever fan-made episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Through the combined efforts of bronies across the internet and other students from the Savannah College of Art & Design – the episode features a full orchestral score, studio-quality sound effects, voice actresses for the ponies, and 100% show-accurate animation.  
  What is a Senior Film?  

Most animation students, during their Senior years at college, are required to create a production-quality animation from scratch – known as a senior film. It is the final step to take before graduating and heading out into the industry.		  
  But won’t you get sued for using copyrighted characters?  

No. Zachary Rich has received written permission from both Hasbro’s and Cartoon Network's legal departments giving him permission to create this film.		  
  Are you affiliated with Hasbro or Cartoon Network?  

No. While we have permission from Hasbro and Cartoon Network to use their characters, we are not affiliated with Hasbro, DHX Media, Cartoon Network, or Time Warner. This film is completely and utterly a fan-based concept – made by fans – for fans – and intended for free distribution for the promotion of My Little Pony and the Powerpuff Girls.

  When will Double Rainboom be released?  

Double Rainboom was released March 30th, 2013!		  
  Where is production at now?  

Production on the animation is currently done, but if we have any other updates, you can see them in our “NEWS” section or visiting our tumblr page.		  
  How many bronies are on the crew?  

Over 100 bronies helped with production. More regarding the individual bronies who worked on Double Rainboom can be viewed in our “CREW” section.		  
  Can I use your Puppet Rigs and backgrounds?  

You most certainly can! The one thing we want to emphasize most is that we do not own any of the assets we’re creating for this episode – Hasbro & DHX Media do. That’s why we’re treating everything we create as freeware, and are constantly uploading our finished backgrounds and puppet rigs into our “GALLERY” section for any brony to download and use.
